Have you ever bought anything on a whim?

it's not doing anything to bother you over much...so just let it be.
How do you know (given that it's a being from another dimension, so anything's possible) that it's not going to leap from its ethereal perch and rip your face off ?
ps: sleep tight
Because you don't feel any fear....just a calm acceptance - It's like...something has woken me...there's a foot long stick insect creature that doesn't belong here....do I want to investigate further ...NO...back to sleep....leave it alone.
I bought a Yamaha V80 on a whim. It used to sieze a lot... once it siezed going round a left hander on an unclassified road, with cars coming the other way, so suddenly the noddy machine's trying to go straight ahead, and there's no clutch... that was interesting.
I put a Honda 90 engine in it, thinking it would be less prone to siezing... turned out to be just as siezy, except that unlike the Yamaha engine, if it siezed on the downstroke it would pull the piston in half. I ended up having to abandon it at the roadside, and when I came back with a truck it had gone.
