mk1 Focus (estate?) for a cheap runabout?

I've got a 117k 2004 1.6 Zetec hatch and it's a great car but unfortunately I'm going to be selling it soon due to me extending my commute.
They're hard to fault, they do their job marvellously and cheap to maintain. The 1.6 has acceptable performance, can cope with well planned overtakes and reasonable fuel economy.
