So, what about my earlier question: what roads did you find? I'm always on the look out for interesting roads in the (relatively) local area.

to be honest I don't even know WHAT roads they were, I'd guess most of them are B roads but it was just south of Thetford after the roundabout before it goes to the single carriageway section. That was shut off and everyting was divetrted left towards one of the RAF bases then, whilst heading to Norwich, my spac nav took me on a meandering course through the Suffolk/Norfolk countryside. My retentive memory remembered those roads and I had an absolute blast.

Just taken 20+miles to do the 1 mile trip from town to home (passing my house in the process ) just for the sake of a hoon, done 100 or so miles today, most for the hell of it (quite sunny + new softtop car )

Yeah, I've found some great B roads around Thetford. Probably have driven the roads in question as I got so sick of the A11 through Elveden that I started taking random routes. Further north, coming from Swaffham into Norwich there are some great minor roads if you stay off the A47.
