What a foolish comment. He is correct - you pay a strong price (actually RRP for most things) and you get a massive range, much of it in stock and decent service.

I have used them for years for karting gear. Very good customer service only let down by supplies from Sparco.

I have done a fair bit with them, from OS Maps to full exhaust systems. Honest, knowledgeable but not cheap. You pays your money...

I was going to make this comment earlier.
The issue people think they have is, they can get items for less money then they charge at DT but the thing is, all these companies may specialise in one specific item/brand or part of the car whereas Demon Tweeks sell pretty much everything, stock pretty much everything and have knowledge of pretty much everything.

A nice bit of PR there. You either work for them or have shares in the place.
Haha no not connected in any way other than buying bits for the racing cars and never been let down by them.

Well the last time I used them I got so annoyed at their inability to send out the correct order I had to eventually send them the following:

The order was fine on the fourth attempt.

With regard to their prices, they charge manufacturers recommended prices but in a lot of cases they don't bear any relation to the advertised catalogue prices, when you query this they come up with pound dropping against Euro or manufacturers have increased the price excuses. I have noticed that nothing has gone down since the Euro has fallen though.

As already said, they're good to deal with, but a bit on the expensive side. They do have a wide range of stock and a good website though.

I found their customer service to be pretty good, unfortunately the item I ordered took 2 months or so (possibly longer) to turn up. It did eventually arrive, and I got a discount on it, so I would probably use them again, but it was a bit of a PITA!

I've ordered from elsewhere now as they didn't have the specific springs I wanted in the end. Only Camskill and DCP had them in stock.

I have bought loads of kit from them, they aren't usually the cheapest but they hold more in stock than anyone else and are a quality operation in general.

i always thought so as well but a friend has been up to see them and if you are spending a few hundred + they are always happy to improve their pricing just dont buy from the website call or go and see them and if you have done your homework already they may/will match the lowest price + great service!

I spent around £4k with them last april. Had a good level of discount and paid no postage for any of it which was nice.

They certainly arnt a fly by night company if thats what you were worried about?

Always had first class service from them. Only frustration can be that the prices are always RRP. Having said that, RRP is a lot better than other people try charging for parts.

I bought springs from them, and they were 20% cheaper than some of the chancer specialists trying to get an easy buck with marked up costs.

Indeed - Alan Minshaw started out about forty years ago. They were well enough established in the early nineteen eighties for scalextric to make Demon Tweeks sponsored racing trucks.

If that isnt credible then I dont know what is!
