Possible Tesco Fuel Scam

Note "possible", as I only suspect, but can't prove the following...
When I fill up at most Tesco pumps (U/L, Momentum or Diesel), fuel doesn't feel like it's going into the tank until the meter reads about 10p.
Has anybody else noticed this?
I don't notice any "lag" when I fill at other petrol stations, only Tesco.

Glad that I'm not the only one. And it's not just one pump - it is most of the Tesco pumps I have used around the country. I use U/L for Smart car, Momentum for my 330 and diesel for my van. It has happened with them all.
As said, it's not the 10p, especially as I fill from near empty. Usual fill is 40+ litres (15+ in the Smart). So the % of the total is small. It's the principle of the feeling of being ripped off.
