We've had the OVO anytime tariff for a while now, and had absolutely no issues, however over xmas I've found that the car is no longer charging during the night and seems to charge at random times.

For example, I've got the anytime app set to have the car charged to 80% by 8am, and I've just checked, it's at 57% (was 45% last night), currently charging and the app says it'll be ready for 8am tomorrow morning, WTF, what about today? It looks like it hasn't put in any charge at all overnight, but seems to want to charge this morning, when I'd assume demand is higher.

Has anyone else experienced any issues lately?

Tesla Model 3.

Edit: I've checked the Indra app as it shows when the car started charging. Charge started at around 6am this morning.

It's hard to say for sure when it will charge, as by default they'll pick the cheapest slots for them that still get you to the desired charge level in time for your departure time. The fact it's not done that is definitely incorrect so you should report it to them, something has clearly gone wrong with their control (are they controlling the car or the charger out of interest?)

Sometimes if they're controlling the car rather than the charger, it can be more hit and miss as I gather some manufacturers get unhappy with the volume of requests made by tariffs like these and have started blocking them, which renders the supplier incapable of charging the car.
It's communicating directly with the car.

I've got an Indra charger, but last I heard, they didn't support OVO Anytime.

Definitely worth talking with Ovo then, I heard that Audi have been a bit stingy, as have Ford, in terms of blocking supplier access to the car, haven't heard of any others but I'm sure it happens.
I've just checked again, and it looks like the Intra app supports OVO Anytime time, so I've linked the charger and removed the vehicle from my OVO account. Let's see if that makes any difference.

No I seem to be having other issues.

If I click the boost button in the Indra app, it says it's starting to charge, then stops.

I've tried to add the vehicle back onto the OVO Anytime app, but it says it can't connect with the car.

I can see the car in the Tesla app, and communicate with it just fine.
