What boring company car £30k budget

I test drove a few cars - c220d AMG line, 320d m sport, 120d m sport, XE r sport and I preferred the A4 to all of them.

I've bought an A4 S Line S Tronic. Seems like a good piece of kit to pile the miles on and I got a great deal on the 17 plate demonstrator 😀

Company car policies have some catching up to do.

My last company had rules rather than a list to choose from. One was CO2 but another was "must be diesel" which ruled out all hybrids and even Teslas.

Potential next company has a list of 5 models and a max CO2, A4, 3 Series, Merc GLA (?!?!) and Volvo V60 S60
For the same price I could get a far more interesting and much lower CO2 Golf GTE for example.
