V8 from two bike engines

I remember seeing a small news item in one of the car mags a few months back that someone is making a crank and case that you bolt two four cylinder bike engine blocks to so you get a V8. I think it was aimed at the track day special market. Seem to remember there were amazing stats quoting mega high power and mega low weight.

Can't find the article now. Anyone know more details?
