Is it possible to retro fit new facia unit to older Vantage?

Not that there's anything wrong with the functionality of my stereo in my vantage, but like most who want the full piano black facia from top to toe (or elbow as it is...) clearly the only way is to have the new style unit fitted.
But is it possible?
If so how ridiculously expensive would it be?
