New bike - Alarm or tracker

as the heading says, I have a Datatool alarm on my Fazer which had worked great but it only disarms for about 30 secs or just enought time to get in in the garage before it re-arms. a bloody pain sometimes. but at least its has not gone off in the middle of the night. Now my bike is kept in a garage at home and at work so it opout of sight.

looking at say a Speed triple for a new bike next Spring so worth more than my fazer and is it worth investing in tracker?

Is it worth thinking about a tracker device instead of a alarm and has anyone here dome this and how much would it effect your insurance and are they amy good. I have never had a tracker fitted to any car/bike

what are the costs involved etc...

OK so the idea's would be just phone the insurance company and see if it amkes much of a difference. if not then don't worry about an alarm or tracker?
just make sure its locked up in the garage
