Twin HS6????? 1293cc??

HELP!
I was advised by the people building my Engine to fit Twin HS6's.
It's a 1293 SW5 10.5:1 CR Stage 5 Head. The trouble is they are having problems getting it set up right! The first run of the car on the road was a total wash out, misfires and flat spots the size of Japan!
Has anyone ever used or is using Twin HS6's on their car? Can it be done?
I get the funny feeling i should have stuck with twin HS4's
