Is agricultural land a good investment?

How does that work then?

Various different ways. For example we’re in the process of preparing 10,000 hectares to be used for production. We raise money from investors, using the land as security, and use the money raised to prepare it for production eg. Install irrigation systems etc. Other investors, mainly from UAE, are buying up land. We farm it for them and split the profits from the crops.
