Following my suggestion and a couple of positive posts (and to save cluttering the spotted thread) here we go, there might be some crossover but here you can spot your own. So to get the ball rolling ..........

My AC 3000 at work with a tall Polo and a vast Focus

And on Le Shuttle in my brothers example - the dash top level with the bumper on a Fezza 360

People are allways suprised when I point out that Dads LWB [109"] Series 2 Land Rover Station Wagon (which I borrow as often as possible) is shorter than a Mondeo estate smile and tiny compared to a LWB Transit.

Mini's are the best example... especially parked next to their BMW built namesakes.

What a great looking car! I love these, I remember looking at them when i was a kid at a garage close to where I lived which was a Lancia, Lotus and AC dealer.

My Volvo 940 Estate looks small compared to many 2012 cars like the Peugeot 40whatever it is

Wych Cross Garage near Forest Row. They used to have rows of Lancia Beta Coupes, HPEs and Spyders. 3000MEs and the full range of Lotus. My dad bought a yellow Esprit S1 from them.

Nothing more exotic than a row of Fords at that garage now....

Mine was small to begin with, it's even dwarfed by smart cars...

I don't see any reason why modern cars have to be so large.

The next time you're in your modern car have a look at the amount of space between you and your passenger and between you and the door.

My guess is that almost all cars could be reduced in width by at least six inches without any issues.

Many of our roads were built when cars were much smaller and aren't really suitable now.

And don't get me started on the retards that make 95% of car parking spaces the same dimensions as they were in 1931.

Slightly unfair as a correct period Phantom is over 6 meters(same as the current one). The ghost is 5.4 meters.

Missisissimus, at one time banned me from taking the boys in the Dart on the motorway.
Passing a Range Rover at 80 does give a slight reminder of mortality.
But, on the plus side, only 60" wide, (1524mm to you moderns)
