who sells the cheapest windscreens in the industry?
Discussion
I have a 16 year old Mitsubish colt as a second car. Its a good little runner and the only thing it has failed the MOT on is a large crack running the entire length of the windscreen. I don't have windscreen insurance. I checked autoglass and they wanted over £500 for a windscreen. A local independent windscreen place was a similar price. The car is barely worth that. Who offers the cheapest windscreens in the industry? Happy to order the glass and bond it in myself if needs be (I have done that a few times over the years)
If I can't find anything substantially cheaper, its a shame as I will have to scrap the car, as I really don't fancy throwing £500 at it.

From what I can see, it's going to be around £300-500 regardless. If I can't find anything substantially cheaper, its a shame as I will have to scrap the car, as I really don't fancy throwing £500 at it.
Where are you based?

My track record of cutting out windscreens from old cars is not great. I probably have a 40% success rate. Plus many of these listings you phone up and the windscreen is already crackedhttps://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/166986786027?_skw=Mitsu...
