If you're not watched the latest Mingles with Jingles - turns out he is still in the CC program. Quite interesting comments from him and quite amusing his views on Flamu (nothing bad against Flamu).
It’s a very flawed argument that Jingles uses that because the devs allow you to look up a players profile, that’s it’s okay to use it to belittle others after a game!Conversely I’m okay with it, in the sense that I understand that Flamu does it purely to engage with his stream’s viewers & keep them entertained.
At least that’s how I choose to perceive it!
Think Jingles view was more that Wargaming.net provided that facility for CC members years ago yet have only just said you can't and kicked some one as a result - Flamu himself said he's been using that data in his streams for years (and it's one of the things Flamu does which I dislike)
Jingles was a CC, then he resigned/left a few years ago because of how WG treated another CC. WG then made a big effort to win him back, so he became a CC again after about 3-4months off.
Jingles was the most watchable feed, but since doing a lot of WFH I hardly look at the gaming feeds anymore - it was something I did to pass the time on the train!
Richelieu is a lot of fun in Brawls - DD's just can't handle the speed boost rush into the caps

Have you watched his cooking vids?! You might change your mind . . . Jingles was the most watchable feed, but since doing a lot of WFH I hardly look at the gaming feeds anymore - it was something I did to pass the time on the train!

Dapprman I got invited to a clan called YARRR by some bloke (called Donkeymaster?) and imagine my surprise when I saw who the clan leader was
I was drunk on the clan rum at the time and never noticed what I had agreed to .....We've a facebook group as well - can be on the quiet side - we started on the European Navyfield servers (well server at the time - we were the first English speaking fleet/guild though international in membership) - Yarrr was what we used to use as our fear inducing battle roar - and so was abused when we needed a clan tag (alas there was already a Pirates clan in WoWS before the alpha even became partially public, hence why we're NF-Pirates).

Good stuff. I will join as it looks a decent clan in addition to the PH connection - need to wait a few days as my last clan disbanded yesterday so I have to sit in purgatory for three days before joining another. We've a facebook group as well - can be on the quiet side - we started on the European Navyfield servers (well server at the time - we were the first English speaking fleet/guild though international in membership) - Yarrr was what we used to use as our fear inducing battle roar - and so was abused when we needed a clan tag (alas there was already a Pirates clan in WoWS before the alpha even became partially public, hence why we're NF-Pirates).
If you can get one, the Agincourt is brilliant. Go for a full secondary build and have fun.
3 in a division last night was hilarious!
It's not STUPIDLY OP because she's slow and her main guns aren't super powerful, but the volume of fire gives you a reasonable changes against DDs and now that deadeye is gone, brawling is FUN.

I dropped most of my saved doubloons to try and get her - got nothing...pretty annoyed TBH as this is a daft mechanism to make a ship available. (and not a nice way to treat regular customers)3 in a division last night was hilarious!

Glad its good though
I got the Agincourt the day it released and it is a hoot. As above, I don't think it is OP as it isn't particularly tough and it does need to sail into danger to really get working. The AP shells are good for blapping cruisers out of existence but as they are only 305mm they don't pen well at range, plus lower tier BB accuracy and short gun range means you really need to get close to hurt BBs with them. Switching shells during battle is a pain with the 36 second reload.
The HE shells, while not devastatingly powerful in terms of alpha, are very good at setting fires with a whopping 31% fire chance at tier 5. The secondary battery is also surprisingly good, decent range and accuracy, with loads of guns and a decent reload and fire chance so again, anything that gets in range starts getting whittled down by chip damage and then starts burning all over. It is a remarkably fun, carefree method of playing.
At 22 knots, with no hydro or anything like that, to really get the most from Agincourt you must sail her into the abyss with no ambition of returning and that is a really refreshing gameplay style for WOWS, which has often done the most it can to stifle that kind of fun.
I also dropped a König Albert but I haven't played it yet. I did have the KA on WOWS Legends and enjoyed it a lot there.

1x of the dual Jutland and German DDs one and 3x 20 Juland ones. So a ridiculous amount of money really, but I was running low on flags etc so was vaguely ok with doing it.
But yes, it's a ridiculous mechanism. Just release the damn thing and let people decide if they want to buy it!
Has anyone come up against the Ise? It's like they made the best CV at tier 6, then gave it a battleship hull, guns and MM. I've played against it many times now, often with the enemy Ise wedged behind an island, focusing down a few enemy BBs before popping out at full health with 6 or 7 minutes to go, to clear up whatever is left.
The saving grace of tier 6 CVs is that mostly, they don't do a huge amount of damage per strike. It seems like bad game design that the Ise has such a huge alpha punch and good flood chance with its planes. It's a far stronger ship in a BB slot than any of it's competitors at tier 6, you'd think that it would somehow be compromised in order to be a hybrid ship, but nope.
