FFS! DOES IT MATTER?

It's only a sodding game people. The way you lot carry on anyone would think it was the second coming. rolleyes

The word you are looking for is PER-SPEC-TIVE ... Get some!

I have a copy on order from Amazon from about two or three weeks ago. It will be here when it gets here. When it does I will play it. In the meantime I will carry on playing the online races in GT5 (but avoiding the PP700 race at Suzuka because it's full of wrs that just quit when they crash or don't like their start position, or kids who think it's funny to see how many cars they can take out).

Yes it does matter, you clearly don't understand that it's life and death Mr. Brown. If you don't want to see us raving and dribbling like demented men then you don't have to keep looking in. wink

The important events scale:

1. Finding a penny in the street.
2. Winning a fiver on the Euromillions.
3. Getting a free lunch at work.
4. Discovering a roman burial site in your back garden.
5. Birth of your first child.
6. Sex with the cheerleader from Heroes.
7. Sex with the cheerleader from Heroes and her identical twin.
8. Winning the Euromillions.
9. The second coming of Christ.
10. Getting your hands on GTA:IV.

Per-spec-tive!

But I do... it's like car-crash TV.

Oh no! My 360 has RROD'd on me... will they fix it in time... if it's not back in time I'll have to buy a new machine... I have my pre-order in place from seventeen different places just to be sure and I am going to camp in Tesco from midnight on Friday to make sure I don't miss a single minute of playing time (but my Mum says I have to stop for my tea now.)

Honestly. You're entertaining, I'll give you that. biggrin

I would like to put the cheerleader from heroes above the second coming of christ if you dont mind.

FFS you pre-ordered it 3 weeks in advance, what a LOSER! It's not life or death you know rolleyes

I am just going to wander into into a shop, wearing sunglasses, and casually ask if they have it. If they don't, I will simply smile, nod, and stroll off to the local wine bar for a dry Martini with my jacket over my shoulder.

wink

Guys,I have ordered this from play.

In your exp do I need to be in for the delivery or do they just drop it through the door with the post?

As I will be at home.

IIRC it was in my "Recommendations" when I went there to order something else so, since I was going to order it later anyway, I just stuck it in the basket at the same time. biggrin

Play *usually* ship by regular 2nd class, and it gets popped through your letterbox.

However, if people are correct, and they post on monday, then they might do it recorded, in which case you'll need to be in.

UPS just delivered the returned 360 (even though their online tracker said it wasn't due until tomorrow!). Hurray!

I wonder whether the baby would come sooner if UPS had been delivering it rather than my wife....? wink

I wonder how long this one will last for Mark. Good forward planning getting paternity leave to coincide with the GTA release.

Fortuitous indeed, Chris. Not that I expect to be able to make much use of it for gaming.....!!

The UPS guy who returned the console told Jenny that a kid up the street from us has had to return his 6 times now! Maybe I was just lucky with it lasting two years.
