Its actually a LR preset that I've developed for a lot of my slate quarry images (see the images with the black borders here https://www.flickr.com/photos/89667368@N05/albums/... first time I've applied it to something urban and quite liked the result, it has difficulty with bright blue skies though - fortunately this image didn't have much blue sky!
