Good luck with the rebuild. The chassis doesn't look bad at all. If those are the only problems then it should be a relatively straight forward repair. Have you checked the trailing arms? They rot out from the inside so well worth a look.
Ready for Easter then? thumbup

BTW - IMHO the best "wide open bonnet" solution is the one Phillpot came up with. You should be able to find details on here.

The 2.9 is a basic but good engine, a rebuilt one (maybe a camshaft swap rally/fast road/stage2) gives more than adequate power unless you are using for track/competition use.

I guess 9 months since last post is not bad going on some resto's but chassis back from blasters, I also got them to do the welding repairs and coat it in 4 layers of 'stuff' similar to what they use for the North Sea. Its currently tuckd into store till I rejigger the main garage to make room for it so I expect it will probably be a while longer for a next progress post.
