ah all is well again then,have you got it back home yet?hope you had a good break and it wasnt too hot,
mines still in bits and going to stay that way for a while til i get board with my new toy .

The splines were under-cut so the hub was binding on it as the hub was being torqued up. It was reaching torque before the bearings were fully seated. Nice and tight when it's put together but over time the outer race was working its way further onto the input shaft causing the hub and shaft to slogger in the hub carrier.
