Unmarked police cars in South-West?

Dark blue Volvo estate WJ55***, spotted on the A30 between Bodmin and Launceston earlier this afternoon. It has an extra mirror half way up the passenger-side A-pillar and an LED message board in the back window.
I also noted the presence of a Talivan watching the eastbound A30 on the long straight section at Launceston. Fortunately I was well within the limit at the time due to the proximity of the aformentioned unmarked plod.

I always thought the Volvo was dark green,, although I could be wrong (unless there's more than one)
No, the one I've seen was dark blue too. Wouldn't be surprised if there are two..

Blue 05-plate honda accord's, he stopped me when i was cruising in the 335i only to ask if it were mine (no) and if i had id (yes) to make sure i hadn't nicked it, no sir it's a company car & just been launched today. Also there's a green scooby undercover in Glos, when chatting to the BiB they told me of the amount of people who try and race them off the lights etc but that they don't get very far!

I've probably met you Agent006, I'm the lad (in a suit or walking BMW advert) who brings the italian job mini's up for you guys to use a course cars. I certainly hope it wasn't you driving the red mini when it got parked in the armco! Not taken delivery of the new IJ cars yet.

I'm very tall at 6ft7 so you can't miss me. I'm sad to say that our sponsorship of Prescott has come to an end after many years
the big boss man doesn't see the point of throwing money at it as it's very difficult to measure the marketing sucess of the signwritten cars & obviously my exorbant fees (yes I got paid to attend! + free tickets). I'll still go but probably not as often. The last time I was there was when we took all our customer's up there (again) but on a Mini adventure I had a red cooper S convertible & was no2 going up the hill just behind a marshall. went flat out round that first sweeping left (where most of the pilbeams lift off) had it a bit sideways round ettores proper good crack that was. the best was a ride up in an M3 with one of the marshalls, went a bit quick round the semi-circle 
Scooby heading towards Southampton as i was heading to Salisbury - blues and two's kind of gave it away.

Also saw Marked car parked in a lay by on Bradley Road Trowbridge which appeared to have a camera pointing out the back window 9could be wrong but everyone was going slow).

theres a new alstra 2.2tdi silver van with silver rear tinted windows in plymouth, also theres last years model astra but in white also going around. also i saw black old shape 2001 fiesta, also new bmw 530d in the plympton area. iv seen loads recently chassing people as im on the road all day. any more il let you lot no
There is a green Mercedes Sprinter in Cornwall. I have seen it several times around the Camborne/Redruth area on the A30 pulling people over.
Mint green in colour, blacked out rear windows, front spot lights are blue!
Lights come on through the blacked out rear glass, and in spot lights on front.
Fortunately I was behaving the first time I saw it, pootling along at 70 on the inside lane. Blue Volvo came steaming past closely followed by said Sprinter, smiled to myself about mental van drivers, Volvo pulled over, van went on past and then from nowhere the blues and twos came on!
