I thought it was a good turnout considering it was Remembrance Sunday and the weather looked a bit iffy.
I actually got there early enough to get a spot on the square for once.
My personal favourites were:

Lotus Exige with a 2.2litre supercharged Honda conversion, 525bhp at the wheels in road going trim!! yikes

Thanks smile glad you liked it. My first visit, will be back in the spring ! wink

Lets hope December is every bit a good?

Last meet of the year on Sunday, looking forward to it!!

If anyone is interested, there is a 'car meet' on the Downs from 1pm to recognise the anniversary of Paul Walker's death. I know it won't be to everyones taste but last year there were a few Pistonheads members there and I assume this years will be more of the same.

We could always arrange a convoy if people wanted to?

Will there be a new year's day meet again. If so lets hope its isn't raining like it was the beginning of this year a couple of us brave souls trundled up to frogmill after. But that was also a wash out

I may come up to the downs on Sunday. I will be in the daily as everything else is tucked away in the barn.

Yes the weather man is saying it my rain & as my car is in the garage having wheels refurbished I was thinking of cycling down, she (wifey) says that better than having to ride down in my car, she liked the TVR.

She would like "Something that goes 0 to 150 in about 3 seconds" for christmas...

I've bought a set of bathroom scales ...see there Rich if its fine!

Got there at about 8:30 to get a space, all parking spaces taken by about 9:30ish. Apparently not as big a gathering as normal on account of the cold. Spotted a very nice Citroën BX Turbo (no pics, sorry), looked to be a long wheelbase, quite unusual. Usual assortment of loud V8s,and a rather tasty selection of MGBs. Definitely going back in January, if anyone else can bear the chill smile

That's the one.

Anyone else with an old, barely-working Mercedes going to be there? We could start an owners club.

Olga, the barely-working UAZ-469, made it today.

Best wishes, Colin

Great turnout as normal. The sun even came out. Still blooming cold though smile
