What are the average prices around hourly?

Can you help me with your experience around sussex? I’m looking to get interim service as well as some mods to my mk5 gti.

I heard QST is solid and Vas motion, as well as Tc Garage and Moorfield German Motors. Do you know what are the hourly rates of them? How much you paid before if ypu went one of them?
