TPMS Help in Manchester

Hi all, apologies if this is the wrong forum, I'm hoping someone can recommend a TPMS specialist in the Manchester area who can help me sort out an issue on my Infiniti FX30D.
I've just bought the car, the guy who sold it to me said he'd just put 4 new TPMS sensors on the car, but they are not registering pressures on my dash and my TPMS light is on all the time. So it seems like these new sensors have not been coded to the car.
Garage down the road can't communicate with the sensors or the car using their TPMS scanner.
Is there anyone in the Manchester area who can activate/read my sensors and then get them talking to the car?
