Hello,
I'm bracing myself for some silly-money quotes that my property agent is arranging to revert 4500sq ft of office space back to open plan.
Work entails ripping out and disposing some very thin partition walls, doors, bricking up a doorway which was put in to connect two units and possibly minor relocation of some air conditioning units (which sit on partition walls).
If anybody could recommend a reputable firm / tradesperson who would be interested to quote, please drop me a line. Expecting work to commence 1-3 months from now.
