I did that with my leaky TR6 many years ago. Worked a treat.

With my first 350i I did so many miles my heel wore a hole in the floor, which doubled as the drain!

I tend to drive in trainers, rather than heels, but each to their own. Heels are just for the weekend,,,,

Each to their own, mine were manly brogues, with blakey's on the heel, but yes I would imagine (you in) your white stilettos would have a similar effect!!!
