That drives along the Caerphilly to Newport road 
every morning, passing through Lower Machen at about 7.15am
, at about 35mph (in a 60mph zone), with a long train of cars behind him/her 
, with just their side lights on 
how on earth can they see the road ahead
??
This has been going on for 4 months or more .............
ps - I'm travelling the opposite way
