PHEA TRACK: Spring Track Day - Tuesday 20th March

Morning everyone,
With one Run already under our belt and our Postponed Early Spring Run resecheduled for Sunday 18th March, I hereby announce a Brand New Event for 2018, the PHEA Spring Track Day.
Acting as a prelude to our annual Track Event held in the summer, this will be on Tuesday 20th March as part of an MSV Trackday at Snetteron, Norfolk - MAP LINK HERE
Priced at just £129 for the 300 Circuit, our resident track day guru "fasteddys" has been able to organise a PHEA group booking discount of 10%, subject to numbers.
While we won't get the hospitality of our main summer Track Event, this cheaper (and discounted) Spring Track Day in the company of your fellow PHEA members will be the perfect taster for our Track Event later in the year.
To obtain the discount code, you MUST please contact fasteddys through his profile HERE
All you then need to do is book over the phone with MSV quoting this discount code.

Signing on is from 7:30am, with the driver briefing at 8:30am. The day runs until 5pm.

That was a LOT of fun. Thanks to Eddy for the laps at the end of the day, Eddy, it’s official, you’re faster than me, 1.5 secs faster to be exact. Good laps mate.
The Pirate is way quicker than the GT86 Cossie, but not quite as chuckable and therefore slightly less fun, also, Snetterton needs a manual gearbox car, not a DSG.
Must start the hunt for a track focused car soon.

I had a great day spectating and chatting with new people as well as the usual suspects
Then, of course, the enjoyment of hopping in the "fasteddy" S3, Mike's Golf R and finally Andy's Celica.
Thanks must go to Andy for my first ever experience of spinning in car on track. Such was your generosity, your offered two more occasions
My summary of the passenger experience:
S3 is fast and raw.
R is refined and bloody rapid.
Celica is a stripped out, glorious track car whether it's going in the right direction or not
After each pax session, I was beaming from ear to ear!
