I waited way toooo long and the bolster has now deteriorated somewhat. Does anyone know someplace in E. Anglia (preferably Norfolk) that could reasonably restore it to it's former glory without breaking the bank. The car is a black MX5 with black leather seats, although the photos aren't that great.

Doesn't look too bad to tackle yourself to be honest !
I can recommend these in Stowmarket, if you want to take it to the next level !

I have used Duncan Smith automotive mentioned above a few years back, I can recommend them, they fixed the seat bolster on a previous car.

Another recommendation for Duncan Smith automotive, re trimmed my 1994 cream Recaro front seats to black including the Recaro stamp, really good job.

Duncan Smith as well from me. They swapped the leather from an immaculate Discovery SE Front Seats that was been broken with my worn leather on an HSE (couldn't swap the seats entirely as the HSE as 8 way electric adjustment etc along with screens in headrests)
