Yes they are open for free to spectors, or those that want to be on track.

Who knows maybe a friendly guy in a blue race suit will even take you out for a blast.

Is it only open to TVRs or can you bring other fast things down (such as my Alpine GTA V6 Turbo)?

Absolutely, as far as im aware (I've been to quite a few now) all cars are welcome !
