What forums do you read in the USA/ New York

So Piston heads is a wealth of info, but for obvious reasons, if you live in the UK

Does anyone have the same sort of site they use in the US?

Would be great for it to be New York State specific, but anything that is a balanced forum with good advise how to do things would be welcome!

I have wondered this myself. Could you imagine a PH USA.....(makes my head explode just contemplating it....you think NP&E is bad now for 99% of a UK audience...…) It would probably implode within hours.....balanced isn't a word that springs to mind.

I do wonder how to get the most out of this USA & Canada group. UK members wanting travel info usually use the travel section. Is this sub group used by US based members? How many US based members are there on PH? Probably not enough to have further sub groups like NE USA, SE USA etc.

The only thing that springs to mind as a sort of regional site/forum that may have a sub group set up is the Next Door forum/site, but that is primarily a sort of residential group thing. I have only just joined my local one.

This seems a very infrequently used group, but could be a lot more active I think.

I'm surprised no one had posted anything about their US coronavirus experience in here so far for example.

Where abouts in New York state you at? I've not long moved to North New Jersey.

I've been relying on Reddit for local groups and automotive stuff so far.
