The Supra looks so wide compared to the Aston…….
Modern cars just get bigger and bigger! The mini is now a joke.
I have a 1970 Rover P6 3500 which was a good sized family car when new. Here is one parked between two modern pickups, and it is a real image, not AI!! Modern cars just get bigger and bigger! The mini is now a joke.

The TVR facebook page seems to have disappeared
(I mean TVR manufacturing, not the car club)
And Instagram. They will still be making some cash from YouTube I guess with 2.78k subscribers and 457,000 views. (I mean TVR manufacturing, not the car club)
They've certainly mastered social media.............. not.

Someone has actively logged into it to take the page down. Either a fresh relaunch (eg. Jaguar) or some defense against negative comments anticipated for something we can only speculate on.
Their youtube videos have comments disabled also. But i'm not sure for how long.
If they haven't even got him to moderate/reply to some of the social media comments and generate a little content - I'm really not sure what the full time(!) employees are doing at TVR.

We all know how social media works.
People spend hours trying to find fault then report on it as keyboard warriors do.
TVR fell into the trap of trying to keep things alive which only ended in yet more criticism.
TVR’s failings where reported on at the time when there was one prototype and many promises broken.
I think by 2018 most people had already read between the lines and given up any real hope of the car becoming a reality.
By 2024-25 it’s pretty obvious that thinking was correct.

They didn’t make any attempt to keep things alive. They don’t know how social media works. People spend hours trying to find fault then report on it as keyboard warriors do.

They sent out plenty of updates stating due delivery dates and time lines Blar blar blar. It was discussed at length on social media as can be seen by the amount of pages this thread has produced.
