3D Printed Door Caps and Other Rubber Bits
Discussion
I've made hard plastic ones for Sags/Tamora/Tuscan Mk1 and I think T350 (yet to find a T350 to check) and they fit perfectly. ... I'm waiting for softer material to try... but thinking about more options than just Black .... How about colour coded to your car or Silver, or hard plastic ..smooth with a Dremel and paint body colour yourself ? I thinking about £40 a pair for 'B' frames... 'A' frames only for Tuscan MK2/3/Convertibles at the moment but they would be more expensive say £60/pair... I need examples to copy/scan ... Chim and Griff scans are being done at this point in time, hopefully get them back next week.

I won't bother doing Chim and Griff ones in that case.

ACS pro (Germany) was founded in 2008 in order to provide spare parts for TVR Sports Cars. The focus is set on Workshops and Reseller in the international TVR markets. I won't bother doing Chim and Griff ones in that case.

ACS pro keeps stock of app. 2500 different TVR spare parts. That’s including V0143/V0144 Door Top Finisher for Chimaera and Griffith.
V0143 and V0144 Door Top Finisher are offered ex-stock since the year 2008.
ACS pro had to stop delivery to car owners in Great Britain because of all the problems caused by the BREXIT with the exception of business-to-business. Owners of TVR cars in Great Britain are now serviced through UK sales partner.
But of course TVR car owners in Europe and other Countries than Great Britain can be supported as before directly. Goods are shipped and invoiced in EURO currency from Germany
I hope that answers the question.

It may to surprise you to know that GREAT BRITAIN is still in Europe although continental drift is probably moving us away
And it would appear to me that the ACS pro web store is a direct crib from Dom Tricketts Power Performance website ... Including the sale of TVR Power Mugs ... which is very amusing since TVR Power had to change it's name because of trade mark infringements !!!!!

Please note that ACS pro is not running a Web-Store, never did. There are several good reasons for that. Customers contacting ACS pro by E-Mail or Telephone and receive a quotation in return. I really hope your Web-Site will look better than the ACS pro site. That should not be difficult.
The ACS pro Web-Site does not reflect the product offer at all. Next to a very big stock of TVR parts there are many Original TVR products in stock which are not available any longer in the UK since years.
But it is true ACS pro has a long very close relation with Workshops and TVR parts shops in Great Britain. It is very likely that you bought parts from one of the known TVR part shops in UK which were supplied by ACS pro.
Yes, ACS pro has sold a lot of the TVR Powers Mugs in the past. There still some left in stock used as a give-away to customers.
As one of the biggest official TVR parts reseller ACS pro used the TVR logo on their Web-Site during the first couple of years with the permission of TVR Limited, but removed all TVR logos because of the uncertainties in ownership at TVR.
Glow Worm, what is your problem with another company selling TVR parts?
I would be grateful discuss with you any subject, but please by E-Mail or Telephone. Can’t believe the world has any interest in this discussion.

After a number of bad attempts with TPU , I think I've finally cracked it ... well pretty good ... I've done some nice Griff ones today.. they are smaller and not as weird a shape as the T350 ones... So tomorrow I'll make my first pair of T350 ones ..I'll post photos when I'm happy with the result. The way I'm doing them now takes 3 hours for each one , so an all day job. It reminds me of my friend John Melczeck (TVR Door maker) , I asked him , "How many doors do you make in a day ?" ..... The answer was " Two , of course , one in the morning and one in the afternoon" ... well my muckets are the same

Excellent looking forward to seeing the finished items 👍 Well here goes ... The one I printed on the left , the original (which I had to repair with glue) on the right (sorry got it wrong way round before the edit)
It's not a smooth glossy finish but a little textured not rough , but I think more robust yet flexible . I would expect people to replace both at the same time , so they would match ...hence I'll be providing them in pairs . Tell me what you think ?
I did these in 95A TPU , I have some 83A Flexible which I intend to try. 83A and 95A are Shore hardness measures ... 83 being softer but not as robust.

When these are ready to roll my order is as below, assuming one set does one door.
3 x Sagaris sets
3 x Tuscan sets
3 x Cerbera sets
Wow .... One set (pair) will do Drivers & Passenger door "B" caps only 3 x Sagaris sets
3 x Tuscan sets
3 x Cerbera sets
I have NO Cerbera spares , so I've been unable to scan and they look different to all other models.
I think Sag/T350/Tamora and Tuscan Mk1 all used the same cap , correct me if I'm wrong
Tuscan MK2 is different but I can do them , since same as the Tuscan Convertible ( Ahn ... I see from your profile you have MK2 , so I think you'll need my convertible one)
The only "A" frame sample I have is for Tuscan MK2/Convertible , but that has been scanned and is the 1st Photo on this thread page 1. I've not attempted to print an "A" frame yet .... It will probably take over 24 hours
PM sent
