Just curious as to what a dealer could possibly do for 500 quid during a 6000mi service on a modern car ?
from what i can gather, they basically bolt the car back together. One guy told me that the reason the services take so long is because a TVR spends 6,000 miles shaking itself apart and they have to spend all that time tightening everything back up again. Never heard of nyloc or threadlock i guess....

Don't get me wrong buy one and do as i did, Get a smart car £4500 + vat = 100 miles to gallon £280 to insure £250 service costs.
A friend of mine is considering just that. He reckons he can finance it from his lack of mileage on the trip to work in his Tuscan.
