Michelin Pilot Super Sport vs Bridgestone Potenza Sport
Discussion
First of all, many thanks mods for adding tyres onto this sub forum!
So my Audi S1 currently has Michelin Pilot Super Sports, always found them to be a great tyre, however the tech must be quite old now these now. I noticed Bridgestone released their new Potenza Sport tyre in the same size 225/35/18. Does anyone have any opinions on the new Bridgestone Sport or should I stick with what I know? Official ratings are the same.
Thanks
G

I believe the only concern from Jon (TyreReviews) was the low starting tread depth and the possible high wear rate...so you may save 20% on purchase, but replace them twice as often.
If it's not a matter of cost, then I'd go for either the Michelin PS4S (now available in some 18" sizes) or the equally excellent Goodyear F1 Supersport.

Thanks, PS4S only come with a 40 profile on 18” (need 35) otherwise I would have fitted these, as they are excellent tyres.. F1 supersport is a good shout..If it's not a matter of cost, then I'd go for either the Michelin PS4S (now available in some 18" sizes) or the equally excellent Goodyear F1 Supersport.
