Sound comfort tyres

Does anyone know if you can get sound comfort tyres on a 23 inch wheel . I have Goodyear sound comfort on my 22 at the moment but looking to go up to 23 but worried about noise as Goodyear do t seem to do them in this size and I can’t find anywhere that does . I’m guessing theres no room for the foam if 23 as so low profile ?
