What if the original invoice is electronic via email (Costco, Mytyres, eTyres, etc.)?

A digital invoice will be fine, but some people have tried to send a screenshot of an email order confirmation which has been rejected.

I’ve purchased tyres and 6 weeks later still no cash back. Has anybody else had issues with Michelin. Is this another “Hoover” offer??
