In a perfect world we would all like matching tyres, but if you have an unrepairable puncture and the tyre shop can get you going with a Pirelli or you have to wait a number of days for a matching Michelin, what do you do?

Fair point. Honda PS4 was damaged - I couldn’t get one anywhere to match the barely worn other tyre so I ended up on eBay buying an old stock unused one from a private seller but I agree that’s not always possible. Personally I’d change them as pairs rather than mismatch them but I’m weird.

Quick update, the dealer has agreed to fit a Pirelli so that all 4 tyres match. Don't ask, don't get !!
