Underseal advice

Can underseal be sprayed to all parts under the car provided they have been cleaned off etc or do things like bushes, brake shoes etc have to be masked off first?

any advice?

It would make maintenance a little hard wouldnt it? Could you not underseal the panels and then paint the smaller parts in hammerite or a rust proofing paint?
