Minor scuffs in bumper

Is there a way I can get minor scuffs out of the front bumper ? The part where the scuffs are is just smooth black plastic, and they are very minor scuffs, but make the bumper look untidy.

Do Halfords sell a magic substance which is slightly abrasive that would do it ?

Any suggestions welcome (I know Chipsaway will probably be able to do it, but the scuffs aren't serious enough to warrant a full bumper valet)
