Impreza dash refresh

A friend has a 97 impreza which was sat outside for three years and the dash has gone grey. Is their a product available to restore it to a nice satin sheen. He has considered getting it flocked but wants to improve it until the end of the year as he has put a lot of money into suspension and performance as he's taking it to the ring in August. Any suggestions greatly appreciated
