Car sprayer recommendations Greater London

I need some advice I recently got my car sprayed by someone recommended to me. The guy the first time done a crap job I stupidly paid him as he gave me a sob story and me being a decent person I fell for it. Second time he didn't fix the bad paint work. He has now Just had my car for the third time and he has done a very poor job again . He is refusing to give my money back to me and as he is a garage in a industrial estate I have no way of taking further action

I am 700 pounds of pocket absolutely gutted. Can anyone recommend a decent car sprayer reasonable prices. I'm Ilford wiling to travel
