Making holes in panels

I'm sure I've seen some sort of hole cutter / punch that leaves a curved radius in a panel, but I can't seem to find any?
Want to create some holes in a front panel with then have the edges radiused in.

Swedging tools never used the above supplier but the tools look a reasonable quality
