COOL CLASSIC CAR SPOTTERS POST! (Vol 3)

Spotted these two unusual cars down by the sea at Newhaven. Not sure about classic status but both certainly interesting for different reasons.

(My kids were vaguely interested in the Matra for TopGear reasons.)

Nile Rodgers (of Chic and other musical fame) announced on Twitter that he is going to sell his car collection for charity. Here is a link to the Twitter post

Not sure if Non-Twitter users will be able to see it? Some fun to be had trying to spot the motors

First up is a Range Rover in a rather distinctive livery...

After that I can spot:

Porsche 914, 911 and 356
Land Rover Defender
Ferrari 512BB and (I think) 330 America (the corner of a new black one of no interest in this context)
A couple of recent Aston Martins (meh)
Mercedes G-wagen
Corvette Stingray Coupe and Roadster
Some big American tin that I will leave to more knowledgable than I

Non Twitter user here ,can see the vid .

Missed a BMW Z8....... and the older Ferrari looks like a 250 GTE , nice blue on the BB too .....

One of the Astons is an original shape Vanquish too .

There's a third Ferrari in the back near the end of vid ,looks similar to the other 250 .

I love that someone's put a drip mat under the front of a rear-engined Ferrari.

There's what I think is a BMW Neue Klasse 2000CS coupe far left of frame at 36 secs as the camera swings around.

Also I think the blue BB512 is actually a 365 GT/4 BB (lack of chin spoiler but difficult to see at this angle...)

Dunno about cool, but this looked like it had just rolled out the showroom (Oct 15 early morning - forgot I'd snapped it).

“Get a pic of that“ I said as we gently passed it.

To be fair she did get a better couple which I will put up later. Any guesses?

928 S2, not S4 as no rubbing strip and that is an early colour. .
