Plugging for a mate:
"Caring with Cars" is a brand new event that supports the Children's Hospice near Bristol (UK), who care for over 1,000 seriously ill children who will sadly die in childhood.
They hope to bring 400 cars to their grounds in beautiful countryside on Saturday 9th July to raise money for their important work.
One of the main aims of the event is to attract a great variety of cars from all eras, both racing and road, for the enjoyment of other enthusiasts.
The event is sponsored by Bath and Bristol Audi and is completely free, with all money raised going to the charity.
If you have an interesting road, rally or racing car they would very much like to invite you to the event - it will be a lovely and humbling day out helping life-limited children.
The event website for further information is: Caring with Cars

All Steel MGB lump, not the Derrington X-Flow type with twin webbers. The more normal MBG head with Single big webber. More power than last year and a car alot lighter (not as light as the lightest Granny, but a big saving on MGB and alot more slippery). Alot of work to get how it is now, it was not the car they really advertised it as!!jellison said:
