I do like that colour. I have a military grey version and it's making me question whether I got the correct colour haha.

Are they the barge boards from alias? I have set wrapped in CF ready to go on but a little hesitant to start drilling away at the sill.

Do you have any trackdays or meets planned? Would love to see that colour in the sun light.

Hi Kev,yes they are the Alias Barge Boards, the guys at Dub Customs fitted them for me,just a few riv nuts and they fit perfect

I was going to warps mine in carbon but went for the stealth look in the end

I will be doing some track days but in the Juno not the Lotus

I was worried about the colour at first when I bought it but now absolutely love it

I like everything you've done except the Lotus graphic on the rear wing which is just a bit too much to my taste.

Love the colour.

I have the same sill extensions, but I've added a pin stripe.

I also have (I think) the same sunstrip as you + some yellow pin stripes on the front.

I also did this with a tin of Humbrol Enamel paint & a cocktail stick

Nice - are the side skits from Alias23? Any feedback, are they straight forward to fit? I have a 430 cup and am considering adding the same.

Cheers

Chris

Yes.

Pretty easy to fit if you have the right tools (Rivnut tool). If not, it's about an hours job for any competent garage.

Great looking car,I agree in the photos the wind looks OTT,in reality from eye level it is actually far more discreet

I was also thinking about the pinstripes but decided to go stealth for now

So much you can do to give these cars a little lift

Barge boards are great fit well and nice quality, look OEM in my opinion

Nice work on the gear knob,I like that

Yes it’s the same sun-strip and does actually help with the Sun,I went for the gold version to keep in tune with the gold stripe

Ok thanks. Given all the carbon on the 430, I'm leaning towards the Reverie carbon side skirts though they are circa £1k once lacquered. The fitting instructions have got me a little spooked when they talk about the danger of drilling through oil lines under the GRP sill. Anyway bit of thread hijack so apologies.....

Ah thanks, I hadn't spotted those, quite a bit cheaper as you say, though shipping from Germany (presumably tax as well) is over 300 euros!

I'll give them a call
