Lots of threads in here are from people looking to buy Elises. I thought if we had one thread dedicated to it then Ted could sticky it and make it a one stop reference thread.

This needs to go under the manuals section:

I know we've got SELOC above, but we probably point newbies (like me) towards the comprehensive tech wiki there, http://wiki.seloc.org/

Gents,

I'm wiki'ing the old www.elise-faq.info site, anybody care to contribute, a links section would be sensible, it would be great to get some new content too, but it always seems to be difficult to get people to actually contribute . . .

Will be running on mediawiki and I'm happy to give access to sensible people ;-)

Hi Sworks - I'm well thanks mate. - I moved to Surrey in the end - stayed there 2 years. (can't believe it's that long ago I moved).

I started to feel the cold, drink shandy and developed an urge for neon windscreen washers - so I moved back oop North

Now have a big double garage - so if there are a select few customers looking for some maintenance - get in touch

Hi Fergus - have you seen the SELOC wiki? Maybe you could add into that from the old FAQ site? http://wiki.seloc.org/index.php/SELOC

Given that the SELOC forum still lists elise-faq as a link on the main forum pages, maybe an idea to get in touch with Stu the webmaster and see if it makes more sense to combine the two and have one top-notch resource?

Bruce - good to hear you're back where you're happy and resisted the urge to 'blue-angel' any Elises. I'm sure the locals will be pleased to know you're back!
