Hi Guys
Thanks for the positive comments. I am a little busy at the minute with my aluminium washer bottles and am then away for a couple of weeks.
When I come back I will try and work out time and materials and let you know. I have a spare fuel rail as well now but there are two types of cam cover so although I have one spare I need to get another one of the other type!
Cheers. Lee.

Some of these look awesome.
What paint do you guys use? and how do you do it so the tvr bit stays silver but the lines are colour coded?
Im also trying to polish up the tanks but with little success, along with the rest of the engine theres a fair bit of oxidisation, does anyone know whats good for removing that?

Easier to get an exchange cover or buy new. Speak to Dom, he has them on his website for about £100. Polishing is an arse but it can be done use decent metal polish and a polishing wheel. What paint do you guys use? and how do you do it so the tvr bit stays silver but the lines are colour coded?

Did you get the all clear on your engine today or is the jury still out?
Just waiting for dom to have a proper look, confident it will be sorted with no stress though i think. Will update when i find out.
I tried some autosol by hand and its not done a lot tbh,i need to find something that will get rid of oxidisation really, maybe some sort of acidic cleaner perhaps?
