How long to wait for my Tom Tom Sat nav bought with new car?

I bought my new Fiat Punto end of March which included a Tom Tom Sat nav , that had to be ordered. I've chased up the Sat Nav numerous times - but still haven't received it. It's 2 months now, and I think I've given the garage long enough to 'order it' . I've rung them about it , and they take my phone number....but then don't call me back.
The guy who I bought it from is off sick, but told me the name of another associate who would be looking after me - but I haven't managed to speak to her. I think I'm probably being given the 'run around' so wonder what to do next. Any ideas?

Escalate it up the management chain, sales manager then dealer principle, make yourself a PITA.

If the dealer is local, then simply turn up and ask for it.

If it's not forthcoming threaten to take one from one of the cars on display that do have it!
