Car alarms like Clifford / Toad etc etc

Hey Guys,
I have an old school 1987 BMW E30 M3.
During my recent light restoration I had a previously fitted Clifford alarm completely removed as is was causing issues.
I would like another alarm fitted now though. Mainly for the remote central locking functionality, but of course a working siren and some basic engine immobiliser may well be worth it too.
The car is securely parked underground overnight, used only for fun outings, and generally will be very close by if I have it parked up during the day at a country pub for lunch for example...
So which alarm systems do people go for these days please and any recommended shops in the London area to do so ?
