Maybe it's just me but the angle of the L/H lane as it meets the roundabout makes it seem as though it's feeding into the first exit, whereas the R/H lane feeds onto the roundabout.
I agree with this. Looking at street view I think you’d be nuts to use the left lane for the second exit.
